Prism Real Estate Services

Prism Real Estate Services provides management, maintenance, and accounting services for their portfolio of real estate investment properties, as well as third party clients. While the company is based in Overland Park, Kansas, the properties they oversee are located across 10 different states. These properties range from residential apartment complexes to commercial office buildings and each of these properties has unique signage needs.

Prism’s introduction to Signco occurred back in 2016. Signco was a tenant in one of Prism’s commercial buildings – and a nearby neighbor to Prism. Signco’s work with Prism began with updating some dated property signage. According to Zach Bassin, Director of Commercial Management at Prism, the quality of Signco’s work and the professionalism of Signco’s team impressed Prism, so much so, that Prism began bringing larger signage projects to Signco. The scope of the signage projects has been broad – ranging from vinyl window graphics, to vehicle wraps to store-front signage and property entrance “monument” signs.

Today, Signco handles the majority of Prism’s commercial property signage needs. For Prism’s multifamily apartment complex communities, Signco has created seven different entrance monument signs. These are large, composite signs – often resembling carved wood – that are large in scale. These large outdoor signs must be eye-catching and durable against all weather conditions. Prism gives the Signco team a general direction they would like to go for in a property monument sign, and Signco takes care of the rest – from creating a unique design, manufacturing it, acquiring city permits, and last but not least, expert installation.

Beyond the larger monument signs, Signco has completed over 40 other signage projects for Prism for a wide range of property different needs. Prism knows that when a job comes to Signco, it’s competent hands. That confidence has also led to Prism has recommending the Signco team to tenants of their properties, for fulfilling their signage needs as well.
